Advanced Composites Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001 : 2015 company is situated at  Bicholim Industrial Estate in the State of Goa in India. At ACPL we manufacture Reverse Osmosis (RO) Pressure vessels and Composite Pressure Vessels. We manufacture:

RO Pressure vessels in the following specifications

  • 8 inch, 4 inch and 2.5 inch diameters

  • End port, side port and multi port options

  • All pressure ratings from 250 psi to 1200 psi

  • Smooth internal finish to hold all membranes

  • Ability to accommodate 40 inch long RO/NF/UF spiral Wound membrane elements

  • Vessels are designed to a safety factor of 6 times the design pressure

  • Each vessel tested for 1.5 times the working pressure before despatch

  • Vessels supplied in blue or white as per customer requirements

Composite Pressure Vessels have the following Specifications

  • Vessels are with polyethylene inner liner

  • All vessels rated for 10 bar working pressure

  • Bases made of FRP

  • Smooth Internal FInish

  • Aesthetic External Look

  • Available in various sizes from 31 Ltrs to 1900 Ltrs
